Gookie and Nindy's desire is to share the good news of Jesus to everyone everywhere. Our goal is to share the love of Jesus through both words and deeds.
Although we often do skits using gospel illusions, we love to hand out cotton candy for FREE! When we are asked why we would give it out for free, we answer that Jesus' salvation is free, so why can't our cotton candy be free?
When we set up like this, we use a generator and run the cotton candy machine out of the back of our jeep. We give out cotton candy either on cones or in bags (that we label "Cotton Candy is Sweet, But Jesus' Forgiveness is Sweeter"), water and lemonade. We put out a big sign that says "Free Cotton Candy," with smaller signs on the jeep. We can draw a crowd pretty quickly like this! This ministry has grown out of our "front yard evangelism" ministry (FYE).
We live in Alaska and are primarily looking for opportunities to perform there. However, Nindy is always ready for a trip to escape being part of the "frozen chosen" that live in Alaska. In otherwards, we'll go anywhere and take our cotton candy machine and put on our skits and have children of all ages laugh while learning how much Jesus loves them.
